THIS JUST IN: Chicago motorists could face fine for texting/driving
From the Chicago Sun-Times:
Motorists who send text messages or surf the Internet while driving would face stiff fines - ranging from $75 to $200 - under a crackdown advanced by the City Council today.
When this issue first surfaced a few weeks ago, we took a poll and found that many of you believed this was over-reaching regulation. What do you think now?
